How long does a groom take?
Most grooms take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size, coat and the service. We will text you when your pet is ready.
Do you groom anxious or senior pets?
Yes. Our team is fear-free certified and we can book quieter times, take breaks and work at your pet’s pace.
Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
Yes, we ask for up-to-date rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccinations for dogs, and rabies for cats.
What if my pet is matted?
Light matting can be brushed out. Heavy matting is shaved for comfort, and we will always talk to you first.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Use the link in your confirmation email or call us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
